Fatma implements MyAiP Chat on all the Company's B2C channels, including social. Anyone interacting with the company via ChatBot is immediately notified of the presence of a new product. Fatma's company, by policy, does not underwrite policies online. The lead is assigned to an agent operating in the prospect's constituency. Close the online sales cycle.

MyAiP Chat allows prospects to download detailed information documents and contracts directly from Chat, to be signed and uploaded. MyAiP Chat then sends the direct link to the payment method selection to finalize the purchase. At the same time, a summary email is sent.
