Upload resumes.

Flavia uploads to MyAiP CV all the resumes received and saved in the company management system. Her company uses Zucchetti, an application that can be perfectly integrated with the MyAiP platform.

Flavia decides to focus on those profiles that have leadership skills and experience. She then sets filters at MyAiP and uses the key-concepts Responsible and Leader; uses an advanced filter to identify candidates with international and long-standing experience in logistics; and assigns perfect command of English as a mandator. MyAiP CV returns the results to Flavia by organizing them in a database. From there, the manager can proceed to detailed evaluations.

Create a ranking.

Flavia asks MyAiP CV to rank the previously selected profiles. MyAiP ranks them by returning two scores for each candidate: a relative score - which directly compares the resumes - and an absolute score - which analyzes the profiles' fit with the open position.
